    Bills just signed Elijah Moore and are still turning over every rock. They're fine. Losing Diggs amounted to nothing and was addition by subtraction. The draft doesn't always lend itself to filling holes with quality players.

    Bills need quite a few upgrades, though. Mainly at pass rusher, wide receiver, cornerback and linebacker.
