Anyone disagree the Sabres should do anything they have to to resign both players? Give them a rugged center and hold the third line like that. My feeling is that McLeod can play #1 center for this team. That center should not be named Krebs or Lafferty, in my opinion.

Zucker and Greenway are good veteran hockey players that have shown they serve, each, an important role for the Sabres. Example just lately as Zucker injured and the Sabres suddenly drop 4 straight, 3 of which were to lousy teams (Montreal twice, San Jose).

PLAN: throw money at Zucker and Greenway please.
 
I LOVE Greenway. He's a force and brings toughness that this team is lacking beyond him, plus he's got he fans in his pocket
 
However, reading that the Sabres are holding out Zucker and Jokiharju until after the trade deadline.
