The Buffalo Bills are giving season ticket holders one last chance to grab seats in the new stadium.
The Bills plan to give every season ticket holder who has passed so far on the chance to move over to the new facility slated for a 2026 season opening one last opportunity to get a seat at the new Highmark Stadium before moving on to those on the waiting list.
Over the next month, the Bills will bring the last wave of season ticket holders at the present stadium into the New Stadium Experience Center in Williamsville.
But before contacting anyone on the wait-list, representing the potential for almost 20,000 seats, the Bills will put together an effort to reach out one last time to all fans who have previously said no to make sure they don’t miss out or harbor ill feelings toward the team about the process.

Construction continues on the new Buffalo Bills stadium site on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

Fans who are now going through the experience center, where the Bills and their consultant Legends pitch them on purchasing season tickets, are finding out that the team has reached what is likely its final and lowest price point for personal seat licenses at $750
“The one thing we want to make sure of now, and something that we would regret, is If somebody currently in the building now didn’t feel like they got an opportunity to move over,” Pete Guelli, chief operating officer and executive vice president for the Bills, said on WGR-AM Thursday.
“So, it’s almost like, how do we take a step back and reconnect with anybody who maybe hasn’t been responsive or hasn’t decided yet to make sure they get a chance to be in there. That’s kind of the next step,” he added.
By the time the season starts in September, the Bills expect to have had every current season ticket holder through the experience center to offer them a comparable seat to where they sit now. Tickets are available throughout the stadium, including in the lower level, that can also be purchased by fans coming into the center.
Purchasing a PSL will give fans ownership of that seat for the life of the 30-year lease in the new stadium. That also means they can sell the PSL after the first year of ownership.
Almost 80% of the stadium is now sold, Guelli said. It puts the team in a spot where they'll likely sell out by early next year.
"We're really well positioned," Guelli said.
The pace of sales has rapidly picked up since the beginning of the year, helped by the lower price points for general admission seating. That’s a far cry from when premium seats were being sold at the start of the process in March 2024. Those, along with new stadium suites, sold out but the process took longer.
Although there was some sticker shock expressed by fans when club seats ranged from $8,000 to $50,000 per PSL at the new stadium and some of the higher-end, lower-level seats were going for between $5,000 to $10,000 for a PSL, price points have gone down as the Bills began selling seats in the corner and end zones of the lower level and in the 400 level.
In the 400s, PSL prices started at $2,500 for seats closest to the 50-yard line and gradually went down as the team has gotten around the bowl. Seat licenses are now at $750 in several sections in the end zone of the 400 level. They had lowered to $1,000 in the areas around the corners of the end zone.
Seats are being purchased at a feverish level now that the PSL price point has drastically fallen. It comes down to there being less of a price barrier now to procuring tickets.
“We want everyone from the current stadium over there and we don’t want (price) to be an impediment,” Guelli said. “I’m glad we have a price point for everyone to participate in the new building.
There are nearly 55,000 PSLs to sell in the over 60,000-seat stadium before the stadium’s substantial completion, slated for next July. There are almost 18,000 current season ticket account holders, representing around 65,000 seats in the nearly 72,000-seat Highmark Stadium.
But that should not be a problem. The Bills are now selling PSLs at a pace well over previous quarters. The Bills sold almost 8,000 PSLs from Jan. 1 to March 31 and were on pace to easily exceed that during the latest quarter, from April through June. The team has not yet released those numbers.
Fans on the new stadium wait-list seem quite enthusiastic to get their chance at seats, the team says. Some have made sure to get in on season tickets this season just for a sure shot at buying seats for the new stadium, essentially skipping the line on the waitlist.
Right now, thousands of accounts are on the list, all of which have required a deposit, representing the potential for around 19,000 seats.
It should make for a sellout at the new stadium by the first quarter of next year, and the Bills anticipate there being a wait-list established for season tickets at the new venue. It will be similar to the wait-list now for the current stadium.
