Yeah, not paying the army has never worked for any government of any nation anywhere. Fuck, even Edward III knew that if you wanted to go to war you have to fucking pay the army. Yeah, guys with guns and no pay is always a recipe for radicalism and revolution. 2.3 million soldiers who you claim to support will not get paid if this funding doesn't get approved on.
