National abortion ban bill introduced

This will teach us a lot. It's DOA in the Senate if they don't abolish the filibuster, but they definitely could do exactly that.

Okay I may owe you an apology, because your last post in the trans thread about billing is pretty much spot on.

The vibe I've got from the questions you ask about trans people, both here and at BZ in the past, was that you were mocking the entire idea that trans identities are valid. I've interpreted the questions as being asked in a tone of, essentially, *barely-concealed snickering*. Like you called someone and asked if their refrigerator was running.

I'm not yet convinced that isn't the case, but that's not necessarily your fault. In the past I know certain members have literally had a group chat where they made fun of me behind my back. So I try to be as candid as I can be about my beliefs but also guarded about who has my trust.

If I was wrong about you, I'm sorry.
