I loved the Range but left 14 years ago. Back when Billsman had it prior to the final meltdowns. I was a Mod then an Admin. It was a fun place but apparently the sewer backed up.

That's just the expiration date. Last year he renewed a week before it expired, like most people do

Its sort of like my facebook page at this point. I mean to give it up and just walk away, but ultimately I can't because I spent so much time making so many posts over the years. So yeah, he'll quietly reup it, bring about some drama for a few weeks and disappear until next fall

Yup.

Lit does things just for the drama and his personal shits & giggles.

He sees the cost of him digging into his pocket for the hosting and licensing fees as simply a personal entertainment expense to him like going to the movies or a monthly streaming subscription fee.

The Range will disappear some day but it will be after a long slow death with less and usage until it finally withers on the vine.

I am not going to post there effective year end.

I will keep my account active there just to see what happens to the site in January however soon thereafter I will simply just close my account for good.

I post here on all topics.

The Zone for Politics primarily however on occasion on off topic issues and to tease the long suffering Sabres fans. No Bills talk.

I went through that, but it was easier for me because the wall of MAGA stupids over there made it infuriating to past anything. Now, I only go there for the Shoutbox on Gameday. FWIW, I'm in this one too, but usually it's only @daryls61 and I in there

Unfortunately I have a running group text and 3 other individuals I text during games. I pop in at the half and post game.
