Don't you have to amend the constitution to make that happen? I mean that is an amendment and its written in the legal version of stone, and there is no way the Dems are voting for this in either house and even if they did good luck getting 3/4 of the states on board. Still it shows what kind of syphilitic asshole we are dealing with.

Unless, just like when his personal physician lied by saying Trump was a perfect lean mean fighting machine at 6'4" and 220 lbs., perhaps that same physician could revive Trump from the dead like a modern day Lazarus after he attempts to kick his golf ball out of a sand trap with a Big Mac in his hand in the hot Florida sun and he either has a stroke, twister, heart attack, aneurism or chokes on the Secret Sauce.
