It was a considerable amount of work.

I was so tired when I got the 7 dishes on the table that I forgot to take photos.

The Octopus turned out soooooo tender.

The Asian Cut Squid dusted with cornmeal worked out great fried in coconut oil.

I have shit ton of left overs.

I will endeavour to eat the mussels and pasta dishes over the next 2 days.

Will need to freeze some of the octopus stew.

I used about 5 lbs of octopus legs some 1 & 3/4" in diameter.

It made a lovely sauce that would go over pasta or rice.
