I listened to Trumps ranting and lies today as he was reinstalled as President, and was taking notes. It was hard to keep up with all his stupidity. But one comment among many stood out to me,
He said, "After years and years of illegal and unconstitutional federal efforts to restrict free expression, I will sign an executive order to immediately stop all government censorship and bring back free speech to America."

These are the words of a man totally disconnected from reality. "Bring free speech back to America"? Where has free speech not been allowed? Where did free speech disappear from?
For years Republicans talked about President Biden's mental state. I submit that several of Trump's comments today illustrate the man is not of sound mind and not fit to lead the United States.
