I think Asperger’s is lumped in with ASD ( Autism Spectrum Disorder), which is level 1 I believe.

I really think people find that part of his charm, for some reason

FWIW autistic people tend to discourage the use of Asperger's as a diagnosis, be it formal or informal. Asperger himself was a Nazi, so it's connected to a movement that was not particularly fond of neurodivergence to say the least.

Elon Musk is autistic. What part of the spectrum he falls on is mostly immaterial.
