One you left off, and its a big one, Hitler never abolished the Weimar Constitution. Nor did he abolish the Reichstag. He used completely constitutional means and purely democratic means to destroy the Weimar Constitution and German democracy. He merely invoked Article 48 after the Reichstag caught fire to take emergency powers. Our constitution does not explicitly give Trump that sort of power in one place, but I could see the GOP in congress giving him these powers.
Oh yes. Trump has unfettered power now. And a S African has total control of every person's personal, tax, financial and security information
