Lack of leadership definitely showed today. Sideline reporters said Bills were totally uninterested and bored. When you cut 90% of your captains that’s bound to happen. McDermott was fucking pissed at the press conference…which says something imo.

But this ain’t the 90s Bills and this team has a quarter of the talent that team had. This team can’t use that luxury of “we are a Super Bowl team” like they did.
