The Buffalo Bills will be a little shorthanded against the Seattle Seahawks.
Coach Sean McDermott ruled out Terrel Bernard (ankle), defensive tackle DeWayne Carter (wrist) and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (pectoral).
Bernard has not practiced this week, and was listed on the injury report with ankle/pectoral/personal reason. He is back with the team on the personal reason front. Bernard missed two games earlier this season with a pectoral injury.

Carter was limited all week, including Friday's practice, but McDermott said he will need surgery on his wrist and will miss multiple weeks. The Bills do not know at this point if he will go on injured reserve, but it is a possibility.
For Samuel, injured reserve is less likely.
"I don't think so, it may be more than one week, we're just taking it one week at a time," McDermott said.
Running back Darrynton Evans (hamstring), who is still on injured reserve with his practice window open, was listed as doubtful. No other Bills have injury designations.
Looking ahead, McDermott said Friday that there's still not a timeline for linebacker Matt Milano's return from a bicep injury, but that in the last one or two weeks, McDermott, general manager Brandon Beane and head athletic trainer Nate Breske have begun to talk about the "vision" for what his eventual ramp up will look like.
