For me,
HC: I don’t think they go big or spend big money. They’ll gift it to Brady and then, forget these winning ways.

HC: Kubiak

Dont really know about the others. Maybe Schwartz or someone like that.

OC someone by name because it'd be Kubiak's O.

Brandon's Beane's team now. President of Football Operations. The HC will no longer report directly to Terry P. don't know if it means a new GM. is Joe Schein coming back?

I think Beane brings in a GM - aka like Joe Schein was before. Dabol gets interviewed, Brady gets interviewed,

List i just saw
Joe Brady, - maybe
Brian Daboll, - maybe
Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak,
Broncos QB coach Davis Webb, - no thanks
Rams DC Chris Shula, - no thanks
Mike McDaniel, - no thanks
Mike Tomlin, - wont be - still under contract
Chargers DC Jesse Minter

Daboll or Kubiak

Daboll only due to ties with 17
Kubiak seems to be a rising star

As far as any coordinator from the Chargers… nope.

Hell no to Brady

Will probably be Daboll which I'm "okay" with, but I'm hoping for better. Mike McCarthy as a decent backup plan if the first string options fall through. Curt Cignetti is my dream choice that will never happen.

We'll get Willie Fritz and you'll love it by which I mean you'll hate it, you'll really hate it.

Funny, I JUST posted his name in the Shoutbox

Fuck yes
Klint Kubiak
Poaching guys from current teams like McConnell or Shanny. Long shot I know.

Don't love it, don't hate it. Depends on the coordinators
Davis Webb. Would have to get 2 very experienced coordinators. Now Webb as OC? Sign me up.
Tomlin. A slighter (like 1%) better version of McD. So preferably stay away unless he brings a bright young mind for OC.
Daboll. Dont love him as coach. Strikes me as someone who's not organized. Guess he could work with decent coaches around him.
Shula. Defensive minded coach. Would have to commit to building around Allen and not defense ala McD. Otherwise the change is stupid.
Minter. See above.

Fuck no.
Joe Brady
Mike McDaniel. As OC, yes. Coach? hell no
Mike McCarthy.
Nagy. Good god no
Flores. The worst possible candidate IMO.

Pipe dreams
Cignetti and Freeman form the college ranks.

With the news out there about Lynn and Weaver lining up to interview for our job I will add both of those to my Fuck No list

I do not want Dabol. His history as an OC or HC is abysmal - except for his last two seasons when he had Josh to lean on.

without Josh he never had an offense greater than 18th in the NFL.

Dabol OC history

Cleveland OC 2 seasons

- 29th in total offense, 32 in passing

- 31 in total offense, 29th in passing

Then goes to Miami

- 20 in total offense, 23 in passing

Then goes to KC

- 32 in total offense, 32 in passing

Then goes to Patriots as TEs coach to regroup (3 seasons)

Alabama - wins national championship as OC - How much was him?

Goes to Buffalo as OC

- 30 in Total Offense 31 in passing (Josh rookie year)

- 23 in total offense, 26 in passing

Then the big jump for the next two years as OC

- top 3 total offense and top 10 in passing for the next 2 years

Then leaves for Giants

In buffalo the next two years without Dabol

- Top 2 total offense and top 10 in passing

- Top 6 total offense and top 10 in passing

Giants with Dabol

- 18 in total offense, 26 in passing

- 30 in total offense, 31 in passing (Barkly is gone)

- 31 in total offense, 28 in passing

- last season - fired after 10 games.

Pending the resolution of the teams still playing football, there aren't too many choices out there. But I would rather someone ese lead the team.

We need a hard ass coach that pushes Josh and not a new buddy for Josh to play golf with during the off season.

Giants with Daboll. NFL CotY in 2022. I mean sure the negatives listed are huge but he gets props year 1
