I don't expect Bills to make all 10 picks so i have selected 7 picks I believe are very likely for the Bills and will bring the first Super Bowl championship to Buffalo. This mock is a combination of impact plug and play starters and some project players with a high ceiling. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Pick 30

Trey Amos*, CB, Ole Miss
Height: 6-1. Weight: 195.
40 Time: 4.43.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

4/12/25: Amos flashed on tape for Alabama in 2023, and he has picked up where he left off after transferring to Ole Miss. In 2024, Amos had 47 tackles with three interceptions and 13 passes broken up. He is a very instinctive and gritty defender. Amos has good size, speed, and athleticism. Amos could end up being a steal on day two of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Pick 56 – Possible Trade Up

Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State
Height: 6-3. Weight: 334.
Projected 40 Time: 5.00.
Projected Round (2025): 1-2.

3/22/25: In 2024, Williams has 38 tackles and 2.5 sacks thus far. Williams is quick and athletic on the inside of the line. Some sources think Williams has late first-round potential, and others have him projected to day two. Williams was impressive at his combine workout, but some sources feel he got too heavy last season and that hurt his play.

6/24/24: Williams flashed interior rush ability in 2021 when he put up five sacks and 16 tackles. In 2023, he played solid football while recording 54 tackles, three sacks and five passes defended. Williams had a number of impressive plays against Notre Dame, getting the better of left tackle Joe Alt. Williams decided to return to Ohio State for the 2024 season, and he could take on a bigger role with Michael Hall Jr. moving on to the NFL.

Pick 62 – Possible trade up

Isaiah Bond*, WR, Texas
Height: 5-11. Weight: 180.
40 Time: 4.39.
Projected Round (2025): 1-3.

4/5/25: Bond had 33 receptions for 532 yards and five touchdowns. Team sources think Bond is a late first-round or early second-round talent. He is a fast speed receiver to stretch defenses vertically.

6/10/24: Bond flashed ability with Alabama in 2023, snatching 48 passes for 668 yards and four touchdowns. Bond has a good skill set with speed and big play ability. As a replacement for the Texas receivers who moved on to the NFL, Bond could be a featured receiver for the Longhorns in 2024.

Pick 109

Cam Skattebo, RB, Arizona State
Height: 5-9. Weight: 219.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2025): 3-4.

4/5/25: In 2024, Skattebo played really well for Arizona State, showing excellent versatility as a runner and receiver. He averaged 5.8 yards per carry for 1,711 yards with 21 touchdowns. He also had 45 catches for 605 yards and three touchdowns. Skattebo was productive at Sacramento State before going to the Sun Devils.

Pick 169 Possible Trade Up

Antwaun Powell-Ryland, DE, Virginia Tech
Height: 6-4. Weight: 239.
40 Time: 4.69.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

3/22/25: Powell-Ryland has been one of the most productive pass rushers in college football over the past two seasons. In 2024, he was among the best in the nation, recording 16 sacks with three forced fumbles, 43 tackles, and three fumble recoveries. Last year, he had 40 stops with 9.5 sacks and three forced fumbles. Powell-Ryland is undersized for a pro edge rusher, but he could get designated pass rusher consideration for the NFL.

Pick 177

Cam Jackson, DT, Florida
Height: 6-6. Weight: 328.
40 Time: 5.17.
Projected Round (2025): 4-6.

3/22/25: Jackson had 37 tackles, two sacks, and two passes defended. He had a decent week of practice in Mobile, and had a solid combine workout.

6/24/24: Jackson collected 32 tackles and two passes defended in 2023. Jackson played at Memphis in 2022 with quality production for a massive nose tackle. He recorded 41 tackles and 2.5 tackles for a loss. It would help Jackson to show the ability to create some push in the pass rush to be more than a run-stuffing nose tackle.

Pick 206

Keondre Jackson, S, Illinois State
Height: 6-3. Weight: 215.
Projected 40 Time: 4.52.
Projected Round (2025): 5-7.

4/12/25: In 2024, Jackson had 98 tackles with 1.5 sacks, three interceptions, and six passes broken up. Jackson has good size and some upside to develop for the NFL. He earned an invitation to the Senior Bowl and could be a nice developmental project.

Nice work Daryl's. I like the value especially packaging picks to get guys they want. Not sure if Bond will be their that late in the 2nd round but that would be awesome. Thanks for the analysis.
