Officials identified the man who intentionally drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street as revelers were celebrating the new year. The driver was killed by police.

I heard some reports that he had become a Muslim and had gone through a personality change. He was estranged from his wife and because of his radicalized behavior she was not allowing his children to see him.
