How can you watch Sabres preseason games? Here's your TV/streaming lineup


How can you watch the Buffalo Sabres during the preseason? You're going to need a scorecard and maybe you should simply keep this post handy.

Saturday's opener against the Pittsburgh Penguins in KeyBank Center will be the only one on the seven-game schedule to be televised on MSG that will be using Sabres announcers Dan Dunleavy and Rob Ray on the call. It starts at 7 p.m. and is also simulcast on WGR Radio.

But the other five games on the schedule are also available with a combination of streaming and opposing television crews. Here's the rundown:

Saturday, Sept. 21 vs. Pittsburgh (KeyBank Center): 7 p.m. on MSG and WGR Radio, with Dan Dunleavy and Rob Ray.
Monday, Sept. 23 vs. Columbus (KeyBank Center): 5 p.m. on Sabres.com and WWKB Radio (1520 AM) due to Bills game, with Dunleavy and Ray.
* Tuesday, Sept. 24 at Pittsburgh (PPG Paints Arena): 7 p.m. on Sabres.com (Sportsnet Pittsburgh feed with Penguins announcers) and WGR (Dunleavy-Ray).
* Thursday, Sept. 26 at Ottawa (Canadian Tire Centre): 7 p.m. on MSG and ESPN-Plus (TSN feed with Senators announcers), and WGR (Dunleavy-Ray).
Friday, Sept. 27 at Red Bull Munich (SAP Garden Arena): 2:30 p.m ET on MSG and WGR (Dunleavy-Ray)
* Saturday, Sept. 28 at Columbus (Nationwide Arena): 7 p.m. on Sabres.com (Columbus feed with Blue Jackets announcers) and WGR (Dunleavy-Ray)
* Monday, Sept. 30 vs. Detroit (KeyBank Center): 7 p.m. on Sabres.com and WGR (Dunleavy-Ray).

The four games marked with asterisks will have the Sabres represented by AHL players and draftees while the main NHL group is in Europe.
