I can't get over the copious amounts of bullshit I've seen this year. I just can't. Before this year I thought the refs were the only ones in on these games, but this year there's a lot of shit that I've seen that makes me think players and coaches are in on it as well.
Lets see, Chris Jones. He just stopped in Jacksonville, unblocked, could have easily tackled Lawrence short of the end zone and he just stopped. Then against Denver he makes a rookie mjstake, he jumps at home. This is an all pro.
Then there's Dion Dawkins, sure Houston's Defense is damn good but Dawkins just literally stops during a pass play. He just fucking quits his block
Andy Reid, 4th down, his defense is stifling the other team, its 10-10, and not only does he go for it in a position where Houston can score, he selects the one play he knows has the least chance of working. This is not McDerp in January, this is a hall of fame head coach
On Benford's pick six v the Bungles, their receiver, a speedster, just stops. No effort to try to stop that score. I mean great hustle by Benford but that looked weird
Yesterday's game, the kicker? That looked like horse shit to me.
Baltimore several times has abandoned Derrick Henry when he is their most lethal weapon
We know some ref crews are worse than others, we're looking at you Sean Hochsucker, but its not just the refs.
So how long has the game been bullshit? Was 13 seconds just bad coaching or fucking deliberate? We know the Chiefs benefited from a whole lot of ref ball bullshit and other teams self destructing during their "dynasty." How much of that was on purpose by the other team?
I know, I know you say but injuries, well people get hurt in WWF and WWE all the time but you also know "professional" wrestling is fake. Buh buh these guys get paid millions, they do. If you got paid that money and you were told to work towards a certain outcome would you give it away or shut up and keep that money? But owners want champion. . . . No, they want profits. Pegulas didn't force New Yorkers to build a new stadium because they want a championship, no they wanted to replace Rich Stadium so they could make more money. Clark Hunt isn't moving the Chiefs to KCK because Arrowhead is decrepit, no he wants to make more money.
Buh the owners want champ, no they want to maximize profits. Also look into how the Halas McCaskeys, Hunts, Maras, Rooneys etc made their money. Look who they are tied to. Organized crime and gambling.
But surely our favorite players. Again, you think they're going to let go of the millions they are paid? Also, even stinker players like Nathan Peterman had long NFL careers. Peterman was making 20,000 a week for 17 weeks in Atlanta as recently as last year. That's a nice bit of cash. You think he is going to jeopardize that? Also, former coaches and most former players? There is no coach filing for unemployment insurance. They are either in the league or college. Players and coaches are a fraternity. It would be very easy to rig games for Vegas.
Honestly, the only question is how old the bullshit? Tuck Rule? Just give it to em? Coin toss gate? Oilers at Steelers AFCCG? Superbowl IX? Imaculate Reception? Superbowl III?
