2. Buffalo Bills 1-0 (2)

The Bills' run defense got destroyed by Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry. They didn't have much of a running game. But one big break on a Henry fumble was the only opening Josh Allen needed to cap his stellar MVP passing (and running) to come back to outduel Jackson. The win sets a great early tone for the season.

2 (5):

The comeback was incredible. The win over the Ravens will be huge in the AFC playoff picture. But the Bills' defense didn’t have a good day, allowing 40 points and 8.6 yards per play. Presumably, that won’t be an issue going forward, but it’s worth keeping an eye on.

2. Buffalo Bills (5): QB Josh Allen won Sunday night's battle of MVPs with Lamar Jackson. Buffalo won't face another team that made the postseason in 2024 or a former MVP until the Chiefs come to Western New York in Week 9 … which means a seemingly smooth road to building equity into a No. 1 playoff seed.
