I can get shoutbox on my phone, but not my iPad for some reason…

I found out Xenforo updated to a newer version that is incompatible with the SB. The SB plugin creator has a new version, which I bought and downloaded but this is friggin Chinese to me. I'm going to ask on the Xenforo forums how the hell I install this

I don't understand. I uploaded and enabled a new Shoutbox. But it's not showing up and wtf happened to the banner at the top?
