One of the very few things Trump has said that he would do that I actually like is his promise to release the JFK, RFK, and MLK files. My question is what the hell is taking so long. At first it was supposed to be immediate, then it turned to 15 days, what's going on. It feels like there is a lot of redacting going on. Second, I understand that the Epstein files may also be released, again this would be an absolute good but we need to ensure certain names such as I don't know, Donald Trump, aren't being removed from those flight logs. I am a firm believer that you cannot have a functioning democracy when the government hides secrets from its people. Now hopefull, both Kennedy and the King files are a whole lot of nothing that just proves that in being overly secretive for really not a whole lot the government only succeeded in sowing public distrust in it. On the other hand, if there is smoke and there is fire and there was involvement in the death of the Kennedies and Dr. King we need to know. Same in terms of the Epstein files. If, he and his island and the unfortunate victims of his heinous crimes ar not connected to anyone in government then fine and good. If those in power (both politically, economically, and culturally are harming children then we do need to know that.
