THE 2025 OFFICIAL BUFFALO SPORTS GARDENING THREAD

New photos coming tomorrow afternoon when the sun is shining after I cut the lawn for the 4th time to official croquet height of 2 & 3/4" for the Annual Easter Tournament.

Good Friday and Saturday morning is a wash out here so for the grass to dry properly prior to the tour arrival it needs to be cut early Thursday afternoon.

I spent a lot of time the past 3 days patching up lawn with sheep shit, cow shit and special grass repair seeds/fertilizer..

It is by far the best in the neighbourhood however I want it lush Masters golf course quality.

I am in a lot of pain right now but I have shut it down until Tuesday.

Now it is Mother Nature's turn and she is off to great start today with near 20C temps and a nice rain shower.

The low tonight is 15C with thunderstorms and Monday is a shit-ton of rain.

My timing could NOT have been better

Is that a pool in your back yard Spiked?

In the mid-70's my Dad was laid off for a month and got the Italian itch to pour cement so he made a wading pool for my little sister.

It is 12 feet long and 8 feet wide with the deepest part near the drain being 22".

We use it for the 3 dogs if the summer temps get above 40C but rarely use it otherwise.

The price to take it out and pour patio is ridiculous so next month I am converting it to a waterfall pond with a windmill and solar lights and water littles and river rock.

I am in the middle of the research and hope draw it all up by next weekend.
