I really wish the March 4 one could have preceeded the ballot case in Feb because if they find him guilty in that case then the 14th Amendment makes it an open and shut case with little in the way of constitutional questions. In fact, if the SCOTUS were honest and not full of Trump appointees, I would say they may well rule that they would put off their ruling based on the findings of the March Trial.

If he is found guilty in that trial, and I cannot imagine him not being found guilty, then there is no wiggle room left. A jury of his peers would have found him guilty of treason and so the SCOTUS would easily be able to rule 6-3, maybe even up to 8-1, that he is inelligible to run as I think only Thomas would dissent.

Another court loss for Trump today.
The next one could be the dagger. Sadly, most of the news coverage will be on his trial resulting from his covering up banging a prOn actress, which frankly I don't care about but sadly sleeze sells even though a case which may give the cases seeking to remove him from the ballot standing is of far more importance

Another big day tomorrow in court for the Donald — oral arguments to US Supreme Court on Colorado ballot case @ 10 AM ET.

If you are having trouble keeping up I found this…
