On the 90G I have two external power filters each with the capacity todo 110Gs each and two bubblers.

The power filters are both less than 2 months old.

That’s the mystery.

I just dropped by a local aquarium store and he thinks it is ammonia.

I told him the steps I have taken — which he said are the correct ones — and he says there is really nothing more I can do than let the aquarium cycle itself.

I growing to hate this fuckin’ hobby.

Ammonia. That is usually what happens when first setting up a tank from scratch… I think tetras are the resilient first tank dwellers until the tank balances out… do I remember correctly?
