On Reddit the question of Ranch or Bleu cheese with wings came up.

First response…
ITS BLUE CHEESE OR GO FUCK YOUR MOTHER

There's a couple restaurants in KC that do bleu cheese right and its home made. Southside Mafia, they make a New York style pie and calzones a house made bleu cheese, damn delicious. The other is Minsky's. They make a distinctly Kansas City pie, very tasty.

Dude, the Midwest puts Ranch on everything. It's disgusting
Buffalo is Midwest.

Pop not soda
Thicker pizza crust
Raised on Margarine but prefer the rare treat of butter
Miracle whip popularity
Only Mid westerners like Crunchy over smooth

Buffalo is NOT Midwest. That is a fallacy.
The Midwest is 180° from what Buffalo is like.

The Midwest is sody, thin, crackery crust with few toppings, usually just cheese and no one I know prefers smooth peanut butter in either region. Or Miracle Whip or Margarine

Chicago and Detroit pizza is thicker crust . Yes Indiana has what you describe but the Michigan accent is a basalt version of WNY which is a basalt version of Chicago. I rest my case with Pop vs Soda. Buffalo is Canada compared to NYC

Michigan and Detroit are not really the Midwest. Both are Great Lakes cities and nothing like the states they're in.
