Found fresh Ontario Lamb on sale and have a 9+ lb lamb leg marinating Greek Style in the fridge since Thursday morning.

Going to put it on the roto on Sunday.
 
Made a fresh pasta sauce today using 30 large fresh 50% discounted Italian meatballs, 5 lbs of 50% discounted ground turkey, 4 jars of the more expensive strained tomato’s, 2 cans of the whole tomato’s from Italy, orange sweet peppers, left over white grilled eggplant, onions, fresh machine grinder green peppercorns, a small can of tomato paste, chicken stock powder and whole branches of herbs from the raised bed.

Just had a bowl.
