Not a thing but a common verbal occurrence…

Remember when all canned goods came in 16oz size which made recipes so much easier. Now everything is 15oz. We are shorted a shot of everything!!! I want my 1 oz of French cut green beans goddammit

North Tonawanda numbers started with NX. I remember grownups saying those letters first (NX3-1235)

Saying the letter much harder than the number since most numbers had 3 letters
And those alpha numeric exchanges are why phones had rotary dials and later buttons with the little numbers. Also, if I recall correctly until the the 70s or so your phone was actually owned by Bell Telephone and you rented it from them. Ah and who remembers the phonebook? Yellow for business, grey for residences, and blue for government
