Agreed for the most part however at home I can experiment with different hot sauces -- Caribbean, Asian, etc. -- and sometimes a combo of Blue Cheese and a very Hot Sauce cleanses the pallet.

BBQ sauce is pedestrian.

Any garlic is cool.

Lemon Pepper is soulless.

Teriyaki is anal glue.

Yes grilled is stupid. And he cooks whole wings without splitting them properly? So "Canada" of him. Half-assed all the way. It's not a hard thing to do, yet he does it as if retarded.

I bought 10+ lbs of fresh whole intact chicken wings on Friday on sale and just gave them to the wife and said they are hers.

She fried them and I think she may have used a yellow spice -- Adobe.

I don't think they were breaded but it was not my circus or my monkeys.
