I love u and am totally interested in pear wood. I’ve been using locally sourced and season cherry wood.

One of the great things about where we live is the endless supply of wood.. for heating or cooking.

Oh I would definitely prefer cherry wood over pear and apple wood however my buddy simply wheel barrelled over 5-6 loads from where he cut them 150 yards away.

Free.

All I had to do was stack them in one of my wood stack holders and cover.

You came in the Winter to my old place north of Toronto but there I just kept trimming that monster cherry tree for the little cheap smokers I had.

Smoked beautifully.
 
Had shittiest wings ever… all I can say is they were chicken, they were cooked there was hot sauce and the slightest bit of breading… Buffalo Wild Wings 10k times better

I’ve been lazy and did wings intact before. Not a fan of grilled. Sauce falls off. They are tasty however

So Florida Dumb Ass.

They don’t put the sauce on the wings BEFORE they deep fry them so why would you put the sauce on BEFORE you take them off the grill?
 
I never said I sauce on grill. After grilling the juice from the wings prevents stickage of the sauce. Deep fried (if done properly) are dry and sauce easily

You need a more “stickage” sauce when you grill them compared to one you deep fry them.
 
Only wing sauce is Franks and butter… now pussy BBQ for me… I’ll accept minced garlic so it looks like a peanut stick but no lemon fucking pepper of herb parm… teriyaki is for fems.
