Unless a moderator prevents the idiots from being like Bowman and redirects it back to the topic. I'm on two VRY Active political forums that encourage debate but moderate personal attacks and trolling

Then let that cesspool wallow in it's misery over there. You've got a nice mix of the historic users here. It's small, but if you moderate & run well (you seemed to have learned from the mistakes at the other sites), then it will grow. Using myself as a barometer, I've kept returning although you are the only one buoying up your Sabres forum. Try to encourage Sabresfan220 over here.

That is right.

Lit NEVER got much traffic over there for a decade or more so he commonly used numerous bots to bring articles to the forum and give other posters the false impression that there were more posters than there were.

I asked Lit numerous times to remove the Bots since they were annoying and we simply did not need them.

Lit would NOT listen.

Lit removed the IGNORE function for his own personal amusement and shits & giggles.

I asked Lit to please switch it back on.

Lit would not listen so I went on a shit campaign of my own hoping other posters would beg Lit to turn the IGNORE function back on because they were tired of seeing random fresh real-time photos of my shit.

Lit would NOT listen.

The place was tolerable with the IGNORE function.

It was a toxic cesspool without it of racism, doxing, personal cyber stalking, etc.

Two months ago I offered Lit money to give me the details of a couple of the posters that participated in the above attacking of my wife.

Lit has NOT responded.

December 31st I am deleting my account over there.
 
Speaking for myself, but I think the others that are trying out this place too, ... have hopes that Hip will do a better job of what he states above in post #21. My personal feeling is that these sports bulletin boards should not have political forums at all as people can't control themselves. They are certainly eye-opening. They show the sheer number of idiots out there, those that believe anything on the Rupert Murdoch News station, and conspiracy believers. Truth has a premium and the bad guys have muddied the waters more than ever. Joseph Goebbels kin are doing his work.

And, how many accounts have you let gibby set up here already? He is the wi-fi schizophrenic.
